Motivation is high, stress hunger replaced by “true” hunger and sleep pattern is getting back to normal thanks to the circadian rhythm…

I’m getting back to those 50kgs (53.5 right now, bad me! Bad!) and muscles… that’s not a fact, it’s a certainty!
